To remain competitive and enhance their value in the modern development process, brokers today need to harness technology to automate repetitive tasks, analyze big data sets, engage in social media, track deals with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and more, so that they can focus on strengthening and creating relationships. This course, geared toward leasing and tenant representatives, will provide several practical ways brokers can leverage the tools available to them and cultivate long-term relationships with their clients beyond the initial transaction.
