Public Private Partnerships Individual Course Module (RELLUP8)

In this class, students will learn how to define public-private partnerships (PPPs) and their role in the real estate sector. We'll evaluate opportunities and challenges involved in PPPs and discuss public finance and regulatory tools used in them. We'll discuss public finance and regulatory tools used in PPPs and explore the legal, political and economic implications of PPPs. Students will also have the opportunity to review case studies involving the use of PPPs.
