It was after multiple requests over many years from clients looking for warehouse space on a short-term basis that drove James to taking on the challenge of creating an easier way to solve this problem. A team was assembled and Chunker was born, a cloud-based warehouse marketplace connecting organizations needing space on a short-term basis with those that have unused space.
  • He now focuses on driving Chunker sales and growing the company.
  • James graduated from the University of Utah and resides in Utah with his wife and two children.

  • As the CEO of Chunker, Brad is responsible for overseeing the vision and operations of Chunker along with driving sales and company growth.
  • Prior to Chunker, Brad founded and ran two successful companies including MasterControl and Computer Science Corporation. While at MasterControl the company was recognized as one of Utah’s 100 fastest growing companies for seven straight years. Brad also spent eight years running five of the national consulting practices at Computer Science Corporation, a Fortune 500 global systems integrator.
  • Brad has a degree in Physics from the University of Utah. He is married and has four children.
