Designing Your Space Individual Course Module (CM4)

Regardless of whether or not you are building a spec building or build-to-suit, you need to understand what type of work will go on inside the building. You will be provided with strategies for figuring out what your client needs inside the building. By the end of Design, you will be able to conduct visioning exercises and programming interviews with your team that help you understand how to design an effective space.

Overall Objective:
Uncover the interior design goals of existing or perspective tenants.

•  Hold a visioning meeting
•  Create programming interviews
