In 2021, commercial construction rebounded as the U.S. economy continued to recover, with new warehouse and distribution projects outpacing office and retail development.   • Mike Kercheval is the Executive Director of the Real Estate Center at the Leeds School of Business of the University of Colorado Boulder.
