The webinar will focus on NAIOP’s legislative priorities, including adaptive reuse tax incentives and other tax provisions that may become part of year-end tax legislation, regulatory impact on credit availability, and developments on environmental policy. Aquiles Suarez, NAIOP’s senior vice president for government affairs, will also provide a political update on Congress and the Biden administration as they prepare for the 2024 presidential election and the likely impact on issues important to the industry.
