  • Jason Clouet is the Vice President of Bayview PACE and leads the Western U.S. Originations. Bayview PACE works with property owners and developers to help lower their overall cost of construction financing. Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) offering provides low-cost, long-term financing for new and existing commercial properties.
  • He has a broad background encompassing over 25 years in CRE. He has been involved in excess of $1B of real estate transactions driving value for investors throughout his career.
  • Jason’s professional career started in hospitality operations with American Property Management Corporation, beginning with onsite property management leading to multi-property oversite as VP of Operations. Following that, he joined Allegiance Realty to form Allegiance Hospitality to focus on opportunistic hotel acquisitions, as President, where he oversaw acquisition, operation, renovation, financing, and disposition activities. Jason then worked in the finance industry with Neptune Hospitality Advisors where he led the originations, marketing and structuring of complex debt and equity placements.

  • Matt Peeler is the SVP, Director of Government Programs for MapleMark Bank. MapleMark is a private, FDIC-insured financial institution headquartered in Dallas, Texas with approximately $1.2B in assets. 
  • Matt’s primary focus at MapleMark is developing and implementing a nationwide USDA loan program utilizing a variety of government-backed funding solutions, including the Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF), Food Supply Chain (FSC), Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) and Water and Waste Disposal (WWD). Eligible borrowers may include for-profits, non-profits, public bodies and Tribes across each of the USDA's loan programs.
  • In addition to utilizing the USDA-guaranteed loan programs, MapleMark borrowers will have the ability to combine outside funding solutions available through Commercial PACE (C-PACE) originators, as well as New Market Tax Credits (NMTC's) and Tax Equity investments.
