This module focuses on the fourth set of tasks, Environmental Issues. It covers Phase I, II, and III environmental studies, discusses examples of environmental conditions related to surface, sub-surface and atmospheric characteristics of a property, describes how historic and cultural factors fit into an environmental analysis, and explains the role of sustainability measures and certifications in the development process.
